Great property nestled near MAX station

Pallas has some good renovated homes with remodeled kitchens. The community is great and the property is well maintained. They have some great amenities which are unfortunately not currently in use due to COVID. The only disadvantage is that the parking slots are very narrow. Parking a sedan has been tough and slots fill up fast.

Best staff I've ever encountered, but...

Well, i know times r bad with this covid stuff but my real only gripe is i can't use gym or hot tub or bbqs and fire pit. NOTHING. I thought maybe things would open up after moving in but it feels like nothing is going to open for a very long time, maybe years. Which makes my case, i should rent at a cheaper place that already has nothing. Why pay so much for no reason? I'm also worried about rent raises. What am i in for because of this newfound lifestyle? Parking. Thankfully they could offer me a paid parking spot within days of moving in.. After a few nights here, late night, i drove around and around. I literally couldn't come home because i couldn't park near home at a safe place. Luckily my roommate had just gotten us paid parking spots and text me while i was driving around in circles like a vulture. Whew... lol thought i was gonna have to sleep in my vehicle. . .

Review during pandemic

I feel like I cannot rate the amenities because the majority of them are not in use due to the pandemic. I will say having the amazon hub it useful and helpful. Parking is easy to find without paying for a spot if you arrive before 9 pm otherwise, you end up parking in the MAX parking lot. The noise level is pretty quiet except, for one of our neighbors upstairs.
