The Seacrest Apartments is a 20 unit senior and disabled complex consisting of one and two bedroom units. Located near The Pacific Ocean, and just 3 minutes from Southern Coos Hospital, Seacrest offers easy access to shopping, restaurants, and emergency services. There is a community building that contains a community room with a kitchen, a restroom, management office, laundry, and a maintenance room. Substantial renovation/rehabilitation of the complex was completed in June 2010. There are ten ground floor units with concrete patios and ten upper floor units with elevated decks.
