I have lived here for a year. Everything is good so far. The building is new and clean. The location is just walking distance to UW. The maintenance staff did a great job.

We have had a number of issues with this management company. We will not be moving forward.

Facing a parking issue a lot some time i use street parking and some time their is no space for the parking and parking mothly cost is too much as compar to others

Management is not flexible and understanding, services like water and maintaing the build is not good. Heat and AC sounds so bad its almost like flight takeoff
