Stove and the fridge are very old. Walls need fresh paint

I have lived here for more than 14 years. The place is very convenient to buses, schools, grocery stores, recreation place. The place is old but need to be well maintained .The previous Superitenant used to keep the place very clean which makes me like it the first time I viewed the place. The place needs renovations especially inside the apartments , need to be re-painted, The stove and the fridge needs to be changed as they are very old and not functioning properly, The place needs to be cleaned properly and the place will be a better place to live. I recommend you to visits the units and check the amenities as well and replace those which are very old. Otherwise it is a great location and would recommend people to live on this property.

Nice & Quite place

My experience living here was fantastic for the past 12 years since my first day in Canada November 2010 i live between the 3 buildings with my brother back then, from 31 Cleraview hgt to 2 Greentree crt to Present 4 Greentree crt, very quite place to stay with my tree kids around there's school close by, there's beautyful park for kids to play around etc... Yes 100% i would recommend any friends or family member who's looking for a place to live. Thanks
