Nice place to live.

I am very happy with my Unit. Rent is pricey. Parking lot is in very poor condition. Nice neighborhood.

Great for families

Enjoyable place to live and feels a little bit like a small neighborhood. We're on the west side, facing the condo building next door and it's wonderfully quiet and secluded. Property is well maintained and cared for with exception of some parking lot areas particularly the unpaved space between our building and the recycling shelter. We haven't used maintenance since previous property owner so I can't comment. I will say there were obviously some corners cut when these units were constructed because of no brainer things like water shut off valves not being installed at each fixture. As a tenant it's not my problem of course, but I recognize it's a nuisance when it comes to maintaining these things. I would recommend this place to other families in a heartbeat. Linda is awesome as well!

Decent living

Good price with four roommates. The heat doesn't always work so it can get cold in the winter and even if you have a parking spot designated for you people will take it. Rules are not enforced. Could be better but not bad for student living.
