Former resident

The apartments there were never ever renovated for all the time I was living there over two decades. There were old kitchen and bathroom cabinets, which were never replaced. An old building heating and cooling system, which doesn't let you adjust the temperature separately in each apartment. The parking garage was never cleaned. Trash and dust everywhere. Noise from the streets prevents you from opening the windows. The landlord is not a friendly lady.
