We would like to share our experience living in this apartment. Initially, we were concerned about the age of the building and how it might affect our comfort during the winter. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment was very comfortable and warm, even during the coldest temperatures. Security is one of the most important aspects for us, and we greatly appreciate the efforts made by the management to improve it. The installation of cameras at the entrance for access control and the change of the main door lock have been very positive measures that have made us feel safer. Regarding the maintenance of the apartment, the management has been exceptionally supportive. They have responded quickly to all our inquiries and have efficiently handled various repairs, such as fixing issues in the bathroom and kitchen and replacing the air conditioning unit. We appreciate their commitment to keeping the apartment in good condition and comfortable for the residents. However, we have faced some challenges with our neighbors. We have noticed that our neighbors have had issues with us, particularly related to noise. What is peculiar about this situation is that they have never approached us directly to discuss these problems, and therefore, we have also not taken the initiative to approach them. This lack of communication has led to misunderstandings or unnecessary tensions. We hope that, with the help of the management, we can find ways to improve coexistence and encourage more open communication with our neighbors so that everyone can enjoy the building harmoniously.
