The landlord moved a router about 2 months. I had temporary wifi and the wifi sometimes out of service. The wifi is not smooth.

Students rooms. Only rooms. One apartment includes 3-4 rooms. Advertised as one bedroom one bathroom. They are not. They all are just one room in 2-4 bedrooms with fairly small common space and only one washroom. The very noisy area as well and all inside is quite old.

No one responds, parking is too far and not maintained, trash piles up, they blocked off the back so you can’t even do 20 mins parking, everything breaks, we should be allowed to alter the thermostats as we please considering windows don’t open and the rooms become saunas

Pros: -The unit itself is very clean, with large living spaces and kitchens -Very good location, 15 minute walk from campus. -Good security (locks on main door, suite door, and room door) makes you feel safe Cons: -The Wi-Fi frequently cuts out entirely, sometimes for hours at a time. I would not recommend this property to students who need a reliable connection. -Temperature in suites is no longer controllable, as there was a locked cover installed over thermostats a while back. -Units by the main road are somewhat noisy, as the soundproofing on the walls is not fantastic.

- There are often wifi outages several times a day, ranging from minutes to hours in duration. Despite asking for maintenance on the wifi, not much has been done for over 6 months - Low water flow on the showers - Tenants cannot control the temperature in their suites, as there was a locked box installed over the temperature control box - Good kitchen facilities - Clean rooms with good mattresses and a standard student desk.
