great space and tour

taryn recently gave me a tour and I was really impressed with the way that things went. She was super informative and friendly but I felt like I had a good idea of what living there would be like and I really like the upgraded floors. definitely a top contender for me

Though it could be worse.

I had made several complaints about my dishwasher and had maintenance come out. It has been 3 times the maintenance man has been sent to my apartment only to basically tell me that I don’t know what I’m talking about because the dishwashers turns on. The very first time he came I told him I will put a set of dishes in there and leave them to show him that it doesn’t work. He came back and agreed it doesn’t work. He told me that “he doesn’t know if the apartments will want to replace it, but will let me know.” I went to management and reciprocated what was told to me and forgive me I can’t remember her name but she continued to give me lessons on how to clean my dishes. This made me pretty upset and she could tell so she set up to have maintenance come back out once again. He did come out and turned the dishwasher on and basically told me “it works, there’s nothing else I can do.” I’ve also been locked out of my apartment not because I lost my key but because someone had tampered with my key lock and I was told I have to call and pay someone else to get me in my apartment. I’ve switched phone numbers and have called 3 times now to have my number switched to allow guests into the complex and it has not been updated. I replace all of my air filters and replace batteries for my co2 detectors. The only reason I continue to live here is because I am locked into a rate I can continue to afford and love the surrounding area.
