Good temporarily
This is at a glance a cute house. Once you start living here it is problem after problem. (Mostly the plumbing) i put in multiple plumbing requests and they woulddo a temporary fix that ultimately wasnt a good solution, id have to call about the same issue multiple times before it actually got fixed. The plumbing still isnt great. Only a matter of time before aomething goes wrong again. If you want to take a bath be prepare for the tub to take at least 20-30 minutes to fill up and the water may or maynot be hot enough. Pretty sure there is mold in the bathroom. So I stayed home because an electrician had scheduled to come fix the vent be ause that was their solution to black mold and he never showed and the problem was never fixed. The front and back door have to be dead bolted to be shut. I asked when i moved in to have the doors fixed and they told me no. If you want a quiet place to live this is not the right one for you. The dumpster behind superthrift is a hot spot for activity at all hours of the day and night. They are extremely loud when rummaging through it at night. Make sure your doors are always locked and id recommend a ring camera.

Great house its older so there are problems that come with that. neighborhood is quiet and over all a great little place to live
