Not worth the cost
The cost of rent is that of an apartment complex with a fitness center, multiple pools and a playground near shopping and dining. Pryor Creek apartments have none of those. One pool, no playground or fitness center. It's a 30 minute drive to decent shopping or dining. There's not enough parking near each building for the number of tenants. In the bathrooms you can hear the noise from outside as if the people were in the bathroom with you. I'm no builder but I'd say these are pretty cheaply built. At least the Maintenance man is on top of his job and I've never had to wait more than 24 hours after submitting a request. The manager, Kendra, is very friendly and will work with you as long as you communicate. However, I've had issues with some of my neighbors being quite noisy and she's failed to address those issues. Also, it seems there's a bit of favoritism when some people get violations for unauthorized pets or people living with them while others do not. Kendra is so busy these 'violations ' are rarely dealt with other than a letter posted on your door and then quickly forgotten about. The night Security guard is awesome and makes things feel safer. Overall I haven't been impressed with living at Pryor Creek Apartments especially for the amount I pay for rent. When my lease is finished I won't be renewing.
