Its almost Perfect

Good things. It has the bus stop right in front of the Apartment complex, bad limited bus service. The bus service services multiple shopping districts and returns there. A grocery store, a convenience store is within 1/3 of a mile one way, if you dont want to drive. As with anything in the world, you must be careful and watchful in any multifamily/housing areas. Apartments are of older, about 1970s, some have been upgraded with modern windows helping with energy savings. The maintanience is decent, but with all complexs, it seems there is always more work and people abuse items.. No outside storage. Parking is open parking, park at own risck.
