Things you should know
I moved in not knowing where my apartment would be until I was given the lease to sign. I wish i would have known I would have been in the back where my car has been broken into twice, the neighbors as well. The apartments aren’t kept up anymore unless it faces the road. Everyone on our side smokes pot outside while the kids play. I have asthma and this keeps from enjoying outside and sitting on my porch in my chair. The young neighbors are very loud when they come in from partying late at night and the walls seem so thin. But most important it is the marijuana that is most unacceptable here.

Fairways Review
It was a nice apartment for a while. The staff was really helpful and always responded in a timely manner. I had issues with bugs and the noise was absolutely terrible. Yes, its an apartment. I don't expect it to have noise canceling walls. Its bad when I can technically listen in on my neighbors conversations, hear dogs barking 24/7, and have new neighbors power drilling tv stands into the other side of my bedroom wall at 11pm.. I did love the convenience, but I am ready to not pay $740 a month after rent and utilities for a room thats no more than 510sqft.
