Sanctuary Village Living

I have lived at Sanctuary Village for over 5 years I do enjoy living there. The noise level is overall pretty quiet, most people living there keep to themselves & everyone is friendly. I love the apartment & my outside area.

Value for apartment rent

The apartments have no extra amenities (Sanctuary Village Dr. Columbus OH). The rent has been increased 900 to 1100 for no apparent reason. No new amenities provided and I am still paying for thrash water etc. The carpets have not even been professionally cleaned even once in 2 years.

So far so so good ??

Ive been here for about 4 months so far and am enjoying the location alot! The area is quiet and neighbors seem noce as well. The office is helpful and maintenance has been timely with few things that i wanted them to check when i moved in ??
