Recommend!

I've only been here for 4 months. I love the apartment that I moved into and it's a great place to live and very safe neighborhood. The staff are wonderfull, very helpful, and polite. Maintenance work orders are done in a timely manner. Centerville Park is located near some good places to eat and really close to some great shopping. I would recommend this place to live!

Hallways in apts. not up to par. Maintenance hardly ever comes when you call them. Needs to get better.

Neighbors that chain smoke and smoke weed

Neighbors below me chain smoke, and my bedroom smells like weed thru the vents after i work 10-11 hours a day.

Fed up!

I’ve been a resident here for 10+ years and the maintenance team since Monarch has taken over is horrible. I do not recommend Centerville Park to anyone.

Will Not Be Staying Once Lease is Up

I have been living in Centerville Park since 2015, and I can honestly say that it has gone downhill since I first moved. The maintenance upkeep is HORRIBLE. I have to keep calling and putting in multiple tickets for things to get gone, and some of those tickets get closed as COMPLETED and nothing was fixed. When you call to speak to management, you always get a "She will call you back," but you never get that call so you have to continue to call. They cleaning lady does not come around to the building anymore, so there are lights out, bugs, and spiderwebs everywhere. Several call made to have these issues taken care, and it got to the point where I decided to out to speak and get tackle the bugs and webs myself. I will definitely not being staying once lease is over.
