Great place to call home.

I have lived at Georgetown For the last 3 years and been through management change and love seeing what the new management and owners have done so far. The office staff is awesome to work with and really listens and tries their best to correct any issue and responds to maintenance requests very quickly. I know they are busy and that some requests take more priority then some of my minor items and they still come within the same week or even a day or 2. The location is great- grounds are always clean and I love my cute unit. Great place to call home.

My Neighbors super loud

The neighbors below are all ways playing loud music and smoking marijuanna but the worst part is they do it at 12am and that is super annoying.

Great location Great staff!

I love being close to everything! Food, shops, expressway, and parks! I am fortunate to be in a quiet building close to laundry and with ample parking. Whenever I have a maintenance request, it is handled quickly and with no problems! The staff is helpful and friendly. With in the last 6 months, they have been adding additional security measures in order for the protect residents and their property. (Security patrol, locks, lighting) I appreciate that they are listening and being proactive. My only complaint is the tiny kitchen, which I have managed to deal with.
