New move-in

4.5/5! The process was very simple when it came to the application and the staff was always friendly and helpful! Having a carport as well as in-unit washer and dryers was a big deal for me and this community has both! Move-in day came and was a great experience. The amenities in this apartment as well as in the community have to be the best around for the price you pay. Fantastic value! So far I am extremely happy with my choice to move here. (3/5 stars for maintenance because of no interaction) I will update accordingly after my interactions with maintenance! The reason I would say 4.5/5 instead of the full 5/5 is due to the chipped paint and as well as dated looking exteriors (mainly with the stairs and railings). With fresh paint this is surely a 5/5.
