What others love about this property:
Not worth it
There is a notable lack of maintenance upkeep on appliances and a lack of amenities for the price. Noticing an increase in noisy/worse neighbors over the years and it’s making the place lose a lot of value. There is no pool or gym. The walls are too thin and cabinets should be slow closing because the neighbors cabinets can always be heard slamming. The monthly pest fee is a waste of money as no pest control has came out yet for the summer and it’s already almost July. Management will never answer the phones. Appliances are too old for the prices being charged. Water bill is extremely off and overpriced.
No response when maintenance is requested
I asked for heat to be fixed because its super weak and not blowing properly upstairs, they came to see it multiple times and they act like its the first time, they were supposed to bring an expert to get it fixes but never happened…
Not good
Work orders are never done in a timely manner. Office and maintenance phone ring on and on without being answered. Property is poorly kept. Their prices fluctuate even though it is communicated what your rent will be monthly in your lease but as of this year they started billing higher charges. Would not live here if I wasn't already in a lease.
