Awesome place to live
My experience living here has had its ups and downs but lately there has been more ups than downs
My Review
I have been here for 20 years, all is good . Quiet nice neighbors. Some maintenance needed. Staff is a good group.
We are all human
They don't care. And it shows. These are people's homes. There's children and pets in unsanitary conditions due to lack of maintenance efficiency. They'll claim they never got a maintenance request. I just don't know how people with any sort of conscience can work here and let people stay in these conditions knowing most don't have any other choice. Do better. Be better. Care.
Mistakes made
Lived here for 3 years(this will be my last) - maintenance tickets submitted over 2 years ago still not addressed or fixed. They have illegally raised rent 2x in the middle of lease last 2 years and guised it under charges for actual cost of utilities without ever providing meter readings etc. The owner just doesn't care about the property whatsoever he covers his poor responsibility over his finances on the tenants. The playground advertised is dismantled over in the townhomes. Grass not cut in a timely fashion, outside of the buildings covered in dirt and stains.
