Security pet deposit $300

Max weight 25 lb each. A one-time, deposit of three hundred dollars ($300) is required for each pet, excluding those that meet and are approved based on reasonable accommodations and modifications. Resident agrees that any damage to the unit will be paid by the Resident. No pet is permitted if the anticipated weight at maturity exceeds 25 pounds. Puppies of large breed dogs will NOT be permitted, as they are anticipated to exceed the 25-pound limit. A Resident is only allowed two (2) pets per unit. Pets other than a cat or dog, when allowed, must be kept in a cage in the unit. NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances: Snakes, Spiders, Ferrets, Pot Belly Pigs or other Reptiles.

It has been back and forth for over 5 months saying I would get an apartment that I wouldn't get an apartment. Made at least 10 trips up there taking things that they needed to qualify for the apartment Even gave a couple of my clients to another provider in order to qualify for the apartment complex. And still wanting more documents that I cannot provide even ask for my birth certificate.I feel this is the hardest complex to get into. They had me so stressed out I finally told him just to put me on the bottom of the list for low income when I'm not able to work. They need to get rid of the drug dealers up there in the apartment complex. Yes I have heard how the management picks on certain people up there always put an eviction notice on their doors for a little nothing. And if the office is closed and you can't pay your rent on the due date then they charge you $25 fee. Hope things get better there.

So much about management there even if the office is closed and you can’t give the manager the rent money till later date when they open up, then they wanna give you an eviction notice. They nitpick on certain people always putting notes on peoples doors. I know people there that pays their rent every month and just because it two days late because of office not being open to receive it. Some people will sit outside and watch the kids. Make sure the kids are well behaved others don’t. But they just pick certain people they want to pick on. I love the other residents get by with not being outside with her children, and make sure they are behaving. Don’t think this would be a very good place to live, especially under this management.
