Nice - Convenient Location

Nice place to live. Good neighbors. Upkeep and beautification of the overall property is good. Little/no follow-up after maintenance provides service (What was done? Is the job complete? Why/How happen in the first place?) Often lack of communication between Maintenance and Office staff requiring resident to follow-up.

Everything is great but the price

I feel like we are getting gouged, and it’s over a 20 year old building. Back in the day they used to give residents here a free membership when the golf course owned it and it made the price feel right but we don’t even get that anymore.
