Short and sweet. It's an amazing, clean, luxurious neighborhood where you can hear kids screaming a good chunk of the day. The COVID era and unit-location likely make for a different experience per resident, and the staff has addressed the noise issue several times which is nice to see. The walk/drive to the trash compactor is unfortunate but again, likely differs vastly by unit location. Overall it's a clean, pleasant, safe neighborhood with friendly people and the attached garage is irreplaceable. If it's any indication - I'm signing up for round 2 in 2021.

Not loving it

I am not really loving it here. The trash is almost always full and then we get emails about leaving but around the dumpster. Every night after work I have to dodge people (adults and children) while trying to get to my place. There are a lot of kids and they tend to be loud outside. If I had been able to see the place before move I may not have signed a lease here. The staff have mostly been helpful if I have needed anything. I do love the space I’m my apt ... juSt not the community at all.

Twin Fountains is a very special place :-)

There are not many places in this area where you can drive into your own garage and open the door into your own beautiful apartment. Mine is two bedrooms with a great kitchen and more storage than I know what to do with. Below me is a 3-bedroom home with 2 garages. There are a lot of families here and the only traffic is the cars of residents, so every evening, there are people out walking and kids are playing and riding bikes. People personalize their front "yards" I feel very safe. It's a very diverse and welcoming community with people from around the world. The pool is nice. Unfortunately, I have not used the gym or the cinema because of COVID19. Most years there are cozy community events. There is a car wash, and also a laundry which you might not need because the apartment has a really great laundry room. I am so very happy I came here and I plan to stay for years. PS. There's every shop you can imagine on Mason/Montgomery Road. Get on I71 via Western Row.
