Excellent experience
I was very nervous to move to a new apartment, especially after a few bad experiences in the Columbus area. I was also waiting on a job before I could I could sign on a lease, so Caldera and other Champion properties worked with me to find a lease within days that fit my needs in length, price, and location. Unlike other complexes, what I saw on my tour and was told I was receiving was accurate and hasn't disappointed. The complex is always clean and the employees are always helpful and welcoming. The apartment is quality and I have been very happy with everything I have experienced so far. Of the numerous leasing companies I have lived in and also toured in my searching, the experience I have had with Champion properties and with Caldera house definitely been an outlier and I would recommend any Champion property to friends in the area.
