Just moved in but already have a pteoblem qeith the derywer andd figuringbout the heat. Water is strong and hot.

Overall nice place to live. But apartment nosie is a issuse. You can hear and feel every time to door slames shut. You can hear people walking around and maintenance also not great. Constantly have to come back for same issues likes to rig things instead of actually fixing the problem. Also slow response time between staff and maintenance.

Overall this place is nice, and i love the amount of space i have, but it the heat/ac situation isn't the greatest, and the washer and dryer are usually a mess or broken. I wish the rent would stop going up every year when nothing is actually improving at the property

The apartment building is well kept and cleaned every week. Most of the residents keep to themselves and are amicable when meeting in the hallway. Usually peopl are quiet with the exception of when thye’re moving in or out. All in all it’s a very good renting experience.

I have lived here at the Daniel building for a little over 3 years, I love the amount of space that this place offers because I have a business so the extra space is very needed, and is hard to find in this area. However, I do think the bathroom is way too small and some of the extra closet space in the hallway could have been used to have a nicer sized bathroom. Also, the lighting is very poor, because this place doesn't get great natural light and there is a lack of overhead lighting. Having no central heat/air causes numerous problems throughout the year and makes regulating the temperature in here difficult. One of my biggest issues is the laundry room, because the washer and dryer are constantly breaking, and they are always filthy with pet hair from other guests. I also have seen my rent raised 3 times now since moving in 3 years ago and signing for a 4th year, and my only issue with that is nothing has changed or improved with the amenities or anything with the apartment so I'm confused why its fair to make it extra for me to live here just because I've stayed here and not left and you haven't improved one thing.

Laundry machines need replaced- there are buttons that don’t work, washing machines don’t always run the whole cycle, and dryers only sometimes actually dry clothes
