They dont take care of the place! Management and maintenance are never there!

Maintenance is never here I've seen them once since Christmas and that was only to save their own butt right before hud inspections. The managers get mad when you don't promptly respond to their emails and then threaten to raise your rent and cancel subsidies when they take days to answer your emails if they even do. They said they've cleaned this place up but in fact there's a lot more that goes on here.
