Very average

The change in management/ownership in the last 8 months has not gone well! There has been almost a total resident turnover in my building in the past 1.5 yr. There has been a slow recovery on services i.e., trash pickup but the over all property maintenance has not been improved and there has been no indication of this to be made. The landscaping has been neglected even before the turnover and there are dead shrubs and trees on the property. With the large recent rent increase one would think they could spend a little on plants which would help so much. Utilities are expensive likely due to outdated and inefficient HVAC systems which are underpowered and could not keep up with last winter temps in which pipes burst and led to remodels which took months and resulted in a lot of dirt and waste in walkways to be tracked into my unit. The whole experience has been painful and unnecessary due to poor management and needed modernization. At this point hopefully there will be improvements from here but it will clearly be slow based on recent experience.
