I have enjoyed living here for 10+ years, the location is convenient to alot of amenities, no pet policy, restsurants and Dublin schools. The only complaint is parking. If thry removed the far back tree area you can add at least 15-20 spots. Many neighbors have 2-3 cars that take up space. One neighbor is a car dealer and often takes up three spots.

Parking not good

I love Brandy Oaks but I don’t like parking I think should be two spaces per household and then overflow for visitors, remove the area towards the back middle and make additional parking there.

Comfort Living...

I have had the opportunity to live at Brandy Oaks for the last 5 years, through out the years, we have many people come and go. Pricing for our condos is affordable and our children attend one of the best schools, Dublin. Our neighborhood is quite except for the summer when the kids are out for school, but it's not a problem. The major issue I have is parking. Each has is assigned 1 parking spot, however if you have more than 1 car in your house hold you have to find an open spot. I looked at other communities when visiting family and/or friends and each address receives two parking spots. then the visitors park in the overflow spots. With the recent individuals who have moved in there is a great deal of traffic coming through here. Maintenance is hit or miss, I put a request in and it was half done, I'm still waiting for them to come out and fix my issue. I would recommend this place to live. Its' one of the better properties in the Dublin School District and its not overly price with less space like others I have seen. Finally the Staff is excellent, great customer service skills and willingness to assist.
