After living at Mill23 at Coughlin Crossing for nearly two years, we can honestly say that our experience has changed drastically over time. When we first moved in, management was welcoming, responsive, and enjoyable to work with. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. While the apartments are aesthetically beautiful with great natural lighting, high ceilings, spacious kitchens, and a convenient location, the quality of construction and overall resident experience leave a lot to be desired. One of the biggest ongoing issues has been the extremely poor insulation and inefficient heating systems. It is very obvious these apartments were built quickly and cheaply. Doors are not properly sealed, cold air comes through entry and patio doors, and many residents have experienced outrageous electric bills during winter months. Despite keeping thermostats at conservative temperatures, electric bills still skyrocketed. For a 900sqft apartment the bills should not be more than some friend I have that live in 5 bedroom homes. After speaking directly with the electric company, we were informed that the furnace system itself contributes heavily to the excessive energy usage. Maintenance attempted repairs multiple times, including adding weather stripping, but cold air issues continued to persist. The sound insulation is equally concerning. Noise between floors is excessive to the point where we can hear conversations, coughing, sneezing, footsteps, and even intimate moments from surrounding apartments. For a newer and more expensive apartment complex, this level of sound transfer is unacceptable. To add to this I have had an ongoing insect problem due to the surrounding undeveloped land and being on the first floor, I get spiders, ants, beetles you name it! Water bills are also unusually high compared to similar apartment communities. From 4 to 7 PM every day, this place is a zoo. Enjoy hearing your neighbors personal conversations. Enjoy cars without mufflers. Enjoy hearing the vacuum cleaner run. Enjoy hearing your neighbors dog chew on a bone on hardwood floor for two hours every night. Enjoy someone constantly going down the outdoor stairwell. Enjoy monster trucks dump trucke maintenance trucks delivery trucks police cars you name it. The loudest people on earth in one neighborhood. Wake up at 6 with your neighbors and go to bed at 1 am with others.

The view is great here, its close to all the convient stores that I shop! Its always been a friendly conversation with the ladies up front! The daily gym is very nice and clean! The coffee and the extra syrup availablty is a hige morning hit! The fireplace is very warm and inviting! I am looking forward to this summer and relaxing in the pool! The residents are very attentive to tbeir dogs
