Ok townhouse, not kid friendly

Not kid friendly townhouse, stairs are very difficult to kid-proof Constant drug activity Loud neighbors at all hours Enclosed courtyard is great Updated kitchen Spacious bathroom Great storage

Not the best value

I live in a one bedroom lower level apt. and I think the pricing is a little steep seeing as how I don't even have a washer/dryer hookup inside. and the neighbors can be terribly rude and play loud music any time of the day or night. if I had it to do over again, I probably would not move here
