Staff & Maintenance

Audrey, the complex manager and the maintenance crew continue to show a high degree of proficiency and caring for the lives of the tenants. When a maintenance request is made, it is attended to promptly, that indicates both Audrey and the crew truly care about the welfare of the residents, which is greatly appreciated.

Amazing!

I have only lived here for a couple months but we are loving it! While there aren't any amenities, I love being such a short walk to downtown. The property is very nice and it's not very big, so I like the small community feel. Audrey is extremely nice and helpful and made the move-in process a breeze.

Still a joy to live here.

After having lived here a year, I continue to enjoy living in my second floor apartment in Bldg. 440. I have a great view from my patio, which my cats enjoy, and every time I have needed maintenance in the apartment, management has promptly responded. I especially liked that the heating unit, which needed a major repair, was completely taken care of in a relatively short time. Of course, Audrey Alatas continues to be attentive to the needs of the residents with the same smile she exhibited, when I first leased my unit! I recommend leasing a unit here to anyone who is looking to settle in Cuyahoga Falls.
