Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful and these apartments are in a great location! Close to downtown, short north, Grandview and campus.

Don't live on first floor

If you move into a first floor apartment you will hear every step from the people living above you. If you do just hope they don't like waking up before 5 am every morning like the elephants above me.
