You get what you pay for, until rent goes up.

When we first moved here, we felt that our rent was reasonable and that we paid for what we got. Unfortunately, rent increased and now we feel that this apartment is not worth paying extra. Maintenance is very timely and kind, but a lot of the jobs done are patchwork and for example, the plumbing always needs repairs about every couple of months. There's also a bad mold problem and the walls are paper thin, especially when it comes to upstairs neighbors.

Riverview Place Apts

The property overall is good. Its in a safe neighborhood with great parking and housing. The apartments are also nice. The staff, however, is very rude.
