The apartment is nice, big kitchen. Finnishes are not that good. Noise level are unbarable, on thursday to saunday.

location and quality of apartment is amazing!!

I love the huge kitchen space for entertaining, balcony, large room and gorgeous bathroom. Location is great but gets loud on summer weekends with motorcycles & cars. Some disappointment with the "pool" and resident specials with food & bev places in the apartment

Good location but insanely expensive for rent & thin walls

things to do - decrease rent for returning residents, make 50% off chophouse brunch year-round, free street parking for visitors
