Very nice apartment

Its o.k.

I have been here close to 4 years and while I have a decent list of issues within the complex most of it has nothing to do with my apartment. Maintenance is fast and efficient, I don't hear my neighbors unless they are literally banging on walls or stomping up steps, washer and dryer, central heating and cooling, dishwasher and optional alarm system is all a plus. Down side, the gate is never in working condition, outside of the pool there is not a dedicated space for kids to play so we are constantly being told to keep our kids out the street and off the trees despite having a very large area as you come in that could be converted into two separate areas that would greatly benefit the community. One would be a play ground or play area the other part could be a dog park to encourage residents to not allow their pets feces to remain in others space.

Potholes

How long is it going to take to get the potholes fixed? Now I have a slow leak and I do not speed in the complex.
