Great place to live in a great area

I’ve been living here for 4 almost 5 years and I’ve loved it. The property is really nice and the loacation can not be beat. I love have the park connected to our complex as well as a nice little strip mall just down the road.

Pretty good, old buildings have drawbacks

Only real thing that can be an issue is the fact that HVAC has to be changed seasonally to heat or AC, and depending on when the decision is made there are days that you need AC and don't have it, and days you want heat and don't have it. Other than that staff is all good, clubhouse and amenities there are good as well. Parking can be an issue depending on what time you are getting home, later in the day spots can get scarce. Parking lots are also rough in some spots, but occasionally do get patched. Location is fantastic and access to river and park next door are awesome. Overall, good place to live.
