Good affordable place to live

I love living here at arlington pointe. Staff are helpful, maintenance is quick, parking is good. Ammenities are fine the thing that urks me is one of the tread mills is the gym shorts out if you go too fast and this hasn’t been fixed. Noise levels are okay for the most part but some tenets are loud but its just something you have to deal with in a small packed in building like this.

Pretty Good

No real complaints about this property. Location is pretty good, located right next to the river and just off of Riverside (33) is quite convenient when trying to get to highways. Only real complaint that I would say is the buildings HVAC is pretty outdated and requires being switched over from heat to AC, and this can sometimes be a delayed process that leaves you quite warm in the spring and sometimes quite cold in the fall. But other than that there are no real complaints that I could think of.

Arlington Pointe Apartments

Arlington Pointe (AP) just outside of Upper Arlington is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood that offers an average living experience. For the price of rent, the location is great, but there’s not many places within close proximity of AP. Entering and exiting the property can sometimes be a pain as it’s located right along the constantly busy Dublin Road. Turning left out of the property, or North onto Dublin Road is not desirable. If you arrive home past 8pm on weeknights, you’ll have to park in the very back of the lot. Neighbors are friendly and for the most part very quiet and respectful. I’ve never had an issue with management staff, but the maintenance team does not put full effort into their repairs. Repairs are half-assed and definitely done the cheap way. Facuets and shower heads constantly leak, and there’s been a few instances where they’ve had to shut down the water line (reason not disclosed to tenants). In below ground apartments, sunlight is very limited. Dumpsters are kinda far from the buildings
