Needs updating and better security . Have had to call police to remove people sitting inside by mailboxes

I love tge apartment and locations. Area is changing and we beed more secure doirs in the main entrance and also updates throughout the building

We have been here for one year. Our experience was globally positive, excepted during the first months. Because there were neighbors upstairs. They were very noisy and did not respect the neighborhood. Not only the floor was creaking, but they ran washing machines in the middle of the night almost everyday. It was just intolerable. We could not sleep. We thought about leaving immediately. Now they are gone, the apartment is empty, so the life is normal. But the quality of the building is so poor that we are afraid of the eventuality it will be occupied again... The kitchen amenities are new and good. The bathroom is good. But the rest is old and ill-restored. The sound isolation from the apartments at the same level is OK, but when there is someone walking upstairs, it is creaking and noisy.

Surroundings pleasant. Apartment very badly sound proofed, if by bad luck you have noisy neighboors , what happened to us, the life is becoming unbearable.

These apartmebts need to be refreshed. We pay a lot of money with an increase evey year. Painting, upkeep needs to be cone every year as well
