I have been living here for the past 4 years, and i can honestly say that it has been nice. There were a few hiccups in the beginning ( when a bird got stuck in my wall and died, and smell), but it was resolved without much issue. Warning my unit is he basement unit ( 2737 Hampshire RD 7), so i come with general noice issue from upstairs, but the summers temperatures are always manageable. Dani is a rock star as well as the maintenance staff. All you have to do is reach out, and be consistent with follow up, to get thing done.

Maintenance requests are not speedily resolved (it's been literal months) and it is very cold in the apartment (not really sure why they turn on the heat sometimes and not others... it's been close to and sometimes at freezing and the heaters haven't been on...)
