It does not seem like anyone has ever actually lived in this apartment before. Floor boards are lose, front door hinge is off, a fridge shelf is broken and missing, and the shower by design promotes legitimate mold build up. Who even designed this place?

Lived here for 3 years. Staff is great. Perfect location. Not great for parking (guests).

These are generally old buildings. Some have washer/dryer, dish washer, AC but not all of them. The building I live in has no insulation to noise. People talking or walking around upstairs is very loud. People taking on the street sound like they are in your home. They are drafty buildings some times too. They offer some parking spots but they are usually in alleys or behind the building and snow removal can make them challenging. The office doesn’t always pick up the phone when you call either. They allow pets which are nice and people that have them are good owners and they aren’t too loud.
