Lake of the Woods

I lived here for almost 2 and a half years and have been very happy. Great central location for the Cincinnati area. Quiet, friendly community. Would highly recommend.

Carpet Cleaning

Thank you guys so much for the excellent job you did on my carpet throughout the house. Unfortunately I had to spend the night in the ER the day before you guys came so I wasn't able to move furniture around but I definitely appreciate the effort the workers did with moving chairs and cleaning the carpet as well as they did. So once again thank you!

A quiet community of apartment dwellers

Have lived here 2 months- it’s quiet, friendly, CLEAN, and when I turned in a service request, it was easy, an efficient response time and quality repair by the Maintenance Team. No clue how long I’ll live here, but for now I’m extremely happy with my choice.

Most Amazing Apartment Complex I’ve Ever Lived In!

My fiancé and I lived here from Feb 2018- Feb 2019 and it was such a wonderful experience! I’ve never lived in a place where I felt so appreciated as a tenant. The ladies in the office were always so helpful and genuinely nice, along with the maintenance men who always responded to any troubles we were having in a timely manner. The apartments are well kept, neighbors are friendly, and it is so quiet and peaceful for a community so close to everything. I could go on and on about my experience and it is nothing but positive. If my fiancé and I hadnt needed to relocate we would have definitely stayed with them. 10/10 It’s an amaning place to live. Thank you for making our first home together such a great experience.
