This apartment group is in an amazing location with cute shops and restaurants and not too much noise. The buildings are quite old so they come with their quirks alongside their charming character but maintenance is very responsive and has been able to solve any issues I’ve had.

Great location, staff means well. Maintenance could do better at following through with agreements made through conversation and management should reply to their emails. Greatest concern is the security gate has had multiple malfunctions since living here. Additionally, the apartment was missing necessities like screens for windows upon originally moving in.

Living here has been amazing. Great location and great building. I know everybody has their own experiences but mine has been great so far.

Its a beautiful place that they are sicking to be close to downtown and enjoy to walk. Noise can be a problem sometimes. I would change my choise.

So far so great i just wish i didnt have to pay for wifi I dont use

I’ve rented through Model Group previously and really liked them. My new management was not good so I moved back into a Model Group property!
