Aside from some damages to the bottom of the window sill, the kitchen counter and a wonky bathroom cabinet I've been pleased with the apartment itself. It is fairly noisy here though, but I am on the bottom floor.

Affordable, Professional, and Beautiful

These apartments are newly renovated and are well maintained! The only reason there is 3 stars on the Amenities, is due to my apartment, and from what I can tell at least 10 other apartments, had no access to internet. The Coax line has been removed from the building during the renovations. This isn’t common practice and was an oversight. We had to jump some loops to get Internet which would have cost a small sum out of my own pocket but the internet provider was kind enough to forgo the charge. The apartments were advertised to have internet, so this was an aggravating situation to go my first week without access to it due to renovation oversights. I will say that management worked with me on the oversight and all worked out without any argument.
