We've lived here since 2007. The resent management of the property has been fantastic! I hope they keep up the good work.

Could Be How it used to be

I've been here for some years and raised my children here as well. The school district is not good. No maintenance is available. They give you all these demands but they do not care about us. This used to be the best property CMHA had when I moved into my home here. I love the home that I had made for myself and my children but these past years it has just been going down. I think that when they do their picks of inspection units they are picking the newer units and not the units that have been occupied for years that is where they find the challenges so they avoid those units like mine. I've had only 3 inspections in the years of living here. In the winter times, there is no plowing service to come and make sure we are safely able to drive out. We have to do our own mobile plowing. We are constantly without proper on the landlord or maintenance on the premises. We have once again been bought by a company that we were bought by before and again they are not improving anything.
