Fantastic

I have lived in a single family home for my entire life. I retired and moved to Schirm. The staff are the amazing: friendly, helpful, attentive, responsive and I feel safe knowing they care about me. The maintenance staff are prompt, friendly, and fun loving guys. I have wonderful neighbors. This is the happiest I have been in my life.

Amazing Service

Josh and Blake were very professional and quick at fixing my lights and outlet. WFH makes things crazy at times and when they came to complete my service request I was in the middle meeting of a speaking with my team on an important issue. Plus whatever the issue was with the lights it kicked my internet off. They were quite and so courteous! They were able to quickly see what was wrong and changed the outlet! The kids and I were happy they resolved the issue quickly and the internet was back up!! Thanks again Josh and Blake!!!

I have lived here for almost 2 years, and have been very happy with the apartment. The staff are wonderful! I have had very little need need for maintenance, and when I let the office know, the situation is taken care of quickly and efficiently. The complex is clean and well kept. I have enjoyed the improvements done to the property.
