Nice to have for university student at UB

I have been living here for about and year and half now. It has been very comfortable here. The heating in the house is excellent in the winters. And the best part is, It is the most affordable place to live near the north Campus.

Great apartment

Staff and maintenance are great and very responsive. I've never had an issue getting parking right in front of my apartment. The building/neighbors are so quiet, however the traffic is a little noisy around rush hour. The courtyard is a nice spot to sit during the summer. The only downside is having to walk to another building for laundry.

Copley Apartments

This apartment complex is extremely student and family-friendly. It has a very convenient location. There is plenty of parking and usually, spots are open by your apartment entry. The only drawback is the miscommunication from apartment management. Recently, a fob system was implemented that left a whole building locked out during a very busy part of the day. Additionally, the laundry room is not well maintained. There are usually machines not working and debris left by other residents. However, management is usually able to remedy problems in a quick fashion. There is also maintenance of the grounds which is appreciated. Overall, for the quality of the apartment, parking, convenient and safe location the cons are usually heavily outweighed by the pros. I would say 4/5 stars overall.
