Great Place to Live!
We've lived here for about two years now. The house is comfortable, maintenance responds quickly, and we love the location. It's quick to the grocery stores and Target, but Sackets Harbor is only fifteen minutes away. It's also a great central location to visit other beautiful places in the area. We wish there was more storage options inside the house itself since we have a lot of stuff, but we understand the layout and why it is the way it is. We're very happy here.
Not as "exclusive" as it's billed
Tanning room hasn't been open in over a year and a half. Fixtures inside apartment are only slightly above builder grade, even though there are granite countertops. Would prefer laminate floor, but nearly all areas are carpet. Not sure the price point is worth it, but this seems to be the best community (cleanliness and quietness) in the Watertown area.
Good Place to live
I enjoy living here. There are some quirks with the houses but other than that it is a great place to rent .
staff issues
We have lived here for over 5 years now and on the most part enjoy it. However, when it comes to dealing with the office staff they are NOT helpful nor do they care if we stay here or decided to leave. We are both older and sometimes need help to navigate the computer issues (insurance, rent, maintence, etc.) The maintenance staff is very good but have not followed through on our water freezing for the past 3 years. The pool is the only amenity I use and enjoy. We would love to stay longer but the rent increases every year and we are now both on fixed incomes and would like to see a cap on the rent for longevity along with updated carpets. The only one that was changed when we moved in was downstairs, the upstairs, 5 years later, is showing remnants of the previous occupants. thank you
