Raintree apartments

Nice apartments, good maintenance and staff. Lots of dogs which is great! Sidewalks are always cleared quickly after the snow too!

Very good place to live

This is a very good place to live. We moved here because it is in the Sweethome School District, the rent is reasonable and it is managed property. We were pleasantly surprised by good service, amenities and events held by the property management. It is dull these days due to COVID and a lot of things are not available such as the fitness center, community center and pool etc. The management did a nice job of no-contact rent options and even waived credit card fees a few times during the summer if you paid your rent online. We have been here 3.5 years and don't plan on going anywhere unless we have to.

Disappointed

There has been water coming up from my bedroom carpet twice since February. If it was fixed right the first time, the second time would not have happened. Maintenance is terrible. I always ask that they call first so I can put my dog in his crate, they never call first. They never tell you what the issue is, next steps or timeframes. I have to chase them down to know what’s going on, when everything will be fixed. Yesterday the superintendent said the maintenance guys went to the office to get my keys to lock up and would be back in about 15 mins, they didn’t show up until 2 hours later.
