Good water would be nice. 1 Laundry set and garbage is is horrable stink being together and very unsanitary .

rent too high
rent keeps increasing for seniors like myself. They don't clean windows. carpet/rug dingy since day one (not new). poor amenities no gym equipment, best thing they do have a pool, have to pay for family guests. Feel trapped as decks are small and no privacy.
