Amazing rental property for the price.

Among the few if any communities that includes a garage, wifi and cable tv for the competitive rent price. The maintenance staff and office staff are lovely people and provide good service. The location is exception with JCC just across the street and canal trail within a stone's throw. Cons: 1. Old construction so it gets creaky when there is strong wind. 2. There are no Non-smoking apartments and with the layout of the community it gets tough when neighbors smoke weed and your apartment reek from their smoke :(

Locust Hill Apartments

Great quiet area just minutes from Pittsford Plaza, Henrietta and the rest of Brighton. Free parking garage and ample storage is wonderful. Never an issue with parking spots either (for additional vehicle). Management isn't always responsive and maintenance takes awhile but otherwise cute place to live. The apartment itself is old but you get what you pay for for the location. Not a forever home but a nice place to live for now.
