Quiet, clean apartment in a very nice neighborhood

Good value, not too noisy except for train

Been living here for almost 3 years - pretty great location and great neighborhood It is very loud due to the train tracks being right in front The patio will get flooded and then water will steep into the basement Overall great building

Having looked at a lot of apartments in the Bushwick/Ridgewood border area, this is definitely a pretty decent find. Its right outside the train tracks, but it's surprisingly not very loud inside, except for the front facing room. That being said, I use that room as an office, and you quickly stop noticing the noise. It has a dishwasher, and washing machine which are big bonuses. Big shared storage space in the basement which is awesome too. The major compaint is that the basement has had water flooding from heavy rainstorms multiple times. The backyard drain needs to have a grate and be worked on but nothing has been done.

I've been here for 2 years and it's been a good deal for being close to two train lines. Natural light on the first floor apartments isn't great. The front room faces the subway and the street, so it is very noisy as there are a lot of buses and cars that pass by the street.

Great space unfortunately the subway is really loud and also the main door buzzer is extremely loud so the front rooms and living room areas will hear it all day long.
