Pot holes on road

There are so many pot holes on the road. Snow removing on the parking lots is very slow. After the snow storm the sidewalks are blocked because the snow is not being cleared and it becomes icy. Dangerous to walk . This can result to lawsuit if someone slips and get into an accident. I have never experienced this before. I lived here for over 13 years and just signed for another year. This maybe my last lease.

Snow & Ice Removal

The last snow storm, 2 weeks ago, I fell on the walk that was not cleared on the third day when ice was forming (previous review). That was the walk by the mailbox which we all need access to. Yesterday I fell on ice in the driveway behind the building on my way throwing out the garbage. Another essential function we all must perform. A sheet of ice that was covered by the falling snow. No salt or sand had been put down. As I write this, the truck just came by putting down the salt or sand. A bit late! Why these things can't be done earlier I don't know but I surmise it is because this place is understaffed & the property manager doesn't want to spend the money to fully staff or bring in outside contractors. This is a persistent problem in this complex. Simply poor management.

No Parking & Handicap Parking (I'm breaking my lease)

Cars still parking in the "No Parking" & "Handicap Parking" (without sticker or plate ID) Trash and broken limbs still clutter my drive area behind the garage. I have to check before I back out to make sure there is no potential damage to my vehicle. This has been going on since I moved in.

I'M BREAKING MY LEASE

I have never seen the Property Manager walk around to see what is going on. My neighbor has trash on the patio, and has had, since I moved in. They recently threw it over the rail into the woods. Construction material is also in the woods. The dog center is constantly overflowing with poop bags. The trash at the trash bins is unsightly with trash always on the ground. They put up a sign that says there is a camera, but there is NO camera. Fences are broken and there are car races through the development. I want out of this pig sty but the Property Manager will not let me out of my lease. She is penny wise but dollar foolish. I will be telling EVERYONE I see to stay away from this place.
